This internship exceeded my expectations from my first engineering work experience. It was challenging, exciting, and I loved learning about all the different facets of science/technology that Laser Thermal is involved with whether it’s related to the product, R&D, or the business industries that LT works in. This experience inspired me to become a better electrical engineer and instilled more confidence in my ability to do professional engineering work.
The company culture encourages everyone to learn, work, and grow together in a welcoming team environment. This culture of care and learning is seen everywhere, whether it’s within the development team, towards clients/visiting scholars/guests, or between different “departments”. LT truly feels like a small tight-knit community that pushes everyone to succeed together, and I am glad to have been a part of it.
I cannot imagine any other better internship experience than the one I had here at LT. Thank you all for allowing me to be take part in such a kind, innovative community and being able to contribute to LT’s history.
